Tired of beef so full of hormones that Roger Clemens gets jealous? Is your local grocer’s cheese chiller about 20 years behind modern cheese-chilling technology? Well, the Marczyck brothers are here to save the shopping day.
Since 2002, Marczyk Fine Foods has been providing Denver with a higher quality food product. For the gourmet in all of us, brothers Pete and Paul Marczyk (pronounced mar-zik) provide everything from roasted nuts bought locally to Saint Agur pasteurized cow’s milk cheese. Selling only naturally grown beef and pork, Marczyk is the only Colorado vendor to sell Niman Ranch products, which according to their website, was described in Newsweek as having America’s best meat. Located upstairs from the grocer is Marczyk Fine Wines, which specializes in service for the less-informed consumer.
Marczyk Fine Foods is the place to go for natural meat, fine wine, and a cheese selection capable of drawing in mice from miles away.
