BEST TV CRUSH

I don’t know about you, but New Girl on Fox is one of my new favorite shows. But I don’t only like Zooey Deschanel’s outfits and witty personality—I’m in love with Nick.

If you watch the show, you know what I’m talking about. His bad attitude and sarcastic humor makes this bad boy seem like a guy you just have to get to know. It also doesn’t hurt how intoxicatingly sexy his face is.

But a huge reason why I love Nick is because I think—or rather know—that he and Jess will be together in the end. Sure, they fight over nothing, like the time Jess walked in on Nick while he was dancing naked in front of the mirror, or the time when she hides in his room wearing only a towel while he walks in with a girl, ready to do the deed.

But the scruffy-faced, flannel shirt-wearing hunk captures my heart every week. One week he planted tomatoes on his rooftop deck because he felt like he’s failed at relationships and wanted to feel like he accomplished something. Even though no tomatoes actually sprouted, it was still cute to see his emotional side.

So, why is Nick the heartthrob on television that I just can’t get over? He’s great looking, he has an interesting humor, and he tries to garden. He might be Jess’ boyfriend in the future, but he’ll always be my go-to crush every Tuesday night.
