Red Rocks Amphitheater offers an excellent stage for Florence + The Machine this summer.
Florence + The Machine is arguably one of the best indie bands on the stage right now. Lead singer Florence Welch possesses undeniable talents; the singer-songwriter writes her own music and combines it with great, deep lyrics. Not to mention her one-of-a-kind voice that’s unmistakable on radio waves all over the world. Besides all that, Welch has a very artistic personality.
You can experience her energy and powerful voice live at Red Rocks Amphitheater on July 25. Open air, warm breeze, and stars above your head will add to the magical experience of the powerful performance at the enormous venue.
Florence and the band will visit Colorado as a part of the American leg of their Ceremonials world tour that started in Oct. 2011 and will last until the end of this year. The Red Rocks performance will be opened by The Walkmen, an American indie rock band.
Florence + The Machine are definitely expected to perform songs from recently released album Ceremonials as well as fan-favorite songs like “Cosmic Love,” “Heavy In Your Arms,” and “Dog Days Are Over.” Rolling Stone gave Ceremonials four out of five stars and Spin Magazine gave the album eight stars out of 10.
This concert is definitely worth any musical fan’s attention. You don’t have to love indie music to enjoy this impressive voice and tasteful music. So, mark your calendars and hurry to buy your tickets, as Ceremonials tour dates—and the band’s concerts in general—sell out extremely fast.
