WORST FIRST DATE: IN A CAR
Parked: Giving Off The Wrong Idea

First dates should be planned so that no one ends up sitting in a car all night. Guys, step up instead of always waiting last minute and saying, “So what do you want to do?” You may think you’re being nice letting the girl choose, but you’re wrong. If you drive around awkwardly waiting for the other to come up with an idea, don’t plan on a second date.
Guys, if you don’t know where you are going before you pick up your date, then something is wrong. Yes, maybe you are the spontaneous type, but you have to have some idea. Driving around—or even worse—parking no matter what the scene is, is not the way to go. I would hope no girl’s image of a first date consists of the backseat of a car.
If your first date is in a car, at least go to a drive-in movie where it is not obvious the guy just wants to get past first base. It crosses every guy’s mind at some point, but if they are someone to keep around, they will have some respect.
Going to a romantic scene and parking to talk is no girl’s dream of a first date. First dates are where two people should get to know each other personally. Hinting at hooking up all night probably won’t get you very far.
The typical dinner and movie would be better than the backseat of a car. You two obviously have interests, whether it’s physical or emotional, otherwise you wouldn’t be on a date.
Guys, just be more creative and keep your eyes above the neckline. You’ll get through the first date just fine. And if a car is all you have as an idea, then you shouldn’t be looking for a date in the first place.
